Roles prior to this were Accounts Manager for the Jersey Division of the Guernsey Gas Group, Accounts Supervisor for Travtel group of companies and Administrator/Book-keeper for GR Fuller Investments. Other business experience with a sandwich bar, builders and retail outlets.

Financial Controller for Brown Goods Retail and Publishing divisions for first year with the company prior to joining the Board for Broadcasting Business; where responsible for all aspects of company financial control, ensuring HR matters comply with new employment law legislation and headed the Health and Safety Committee. For 15 years, a finance director for a group of private companies which comprised of a diverse range of businesses in the Channel Islands, UK and France such as retail, pubs, clubs and restaurants, motor trade, advertising, boat manufacturing and distribution, magazine publishing etc. Deputy Finance Manager for Jersey based fund management group for 2 years. Financial controller of a retail car dealership and global car rental business based in Channel Islands. High level of financial and interpersonal skills.
Felicity Denton

Over 6 years experience at JBV assisting clients from a wide range of business sectors and holding private business start up appointments. Knowledge of small business issues and practical business advice built up during this time. Previously responsible for HR at a local hotel group; with over 90 staff. Whilst in this role, created a yearly plan for continuous business improvement, laying foundations for reaching and maintaining Investors in people. Previously ran her own small business, thus creating empathy with JBV clients. Holds a BTEC National Diploma in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Operations (1996) at Distinction level and level 2 IAM Certificate in book keeping - Distinction with commendation (2008).
